Meet the team who strives to provide you with a quality customer experience and the highest level of support to find a service that is tailored for you.

Elizabeth (Manager, Client Engagement)

Elizabeth recently joined DLi as the Manager of Client Engagement. She brings a wealth of experience in client engagement roles, having made the transition from Client Engagement Team Leader at a large disability provider.

When you talk with Elizabeth, you can expect transparent, engaging and compassionate communication from a professional who is invested in ensuring clients and their support networks are happy, and can positively engage with their services. Elizabeth is passionate about ensuring the services we deliver are of the highest quality and that our clients are supported and engaged with by DLi in a professional and timely manner.

Kim (Senior Client Engagement Consultant)

Kim has worked in the disability industry for the last twelve and a half years with experience in several roles, including as a Disability Support Worker, Support Leader and SIL DSOA Business partner. Her experience also includes building Rosters of Care (RoC) to ensure approved funding is utilised effectively and within its limits. Having started with DLi in October 2022, Kim uses her RoC experience to assist DLi, families, guardians and support coordinators.

Kim aims to ensure everyone has the best possible support, to have a safe, enjoyable and meaningful life. She supports clients to transition to the NDIS and helps them prepare for annual reviews and changes of circumstances. She also supports clients with their funded supports, service agreements and accessing DLi’s Lifestyle and Community Participation programs, SIL, STA/MTA, Behaviour Support and In-home supports.

Nathaniel (Client Engagement Consultant)

Nathaniel has been in the disability field, previously in a plan management organisation, for around three years and has been employed at disAbility Living for over a year. He has additional experience working in the community services field, in homelessness support and running programs for at-risk youths. His passion for working in the disability sector is due to his lived experiences with disability in his personal and family life.

Nathaniel supports clients across all of DLi’s services including Lifestyle and Community Participation, Behaviour Support, SIL, STA and In-home supports.

Nathaniel is an empathetic, approachable person who strives for professionalism in everything he does. He always takes the time to listen to our clients and is ready to have a yarn! Whether he is working with clients or Support Coordinators, they can each expect a high level of attention to detail, a reliable and sound relationship, a client-centric approach with a positive attitude and open and transparent communication.

Dylan (Client Engagement Consultant)

With a background primarily in customer service, Dylan is always there to ensure that our clients, their families, and support providers leave every interaction with a positive experience.

His passion for the industry grew from watching his grandmother work in the disability sector for most of her career. Having adopted his father, who has a physical disability and his Aunty, who had developmental and physical disabilities, she decided that she could raise them and support them at a time when assistance was difficult to find. Dylan took great inspiration from her example, leading him to work in the sector with the same positive and caring support she did.

Dylan is a very friendly, approachable people person. He will always do everything he can to ensure clients are happy and receive the support they want and need.

Currently, Dylan looks after clients across our Lifestyle and Community Participation, Behaviour Support, In-home supports, Short-to medium-term Accommodation (STA/MTA/Respite) sites and  Supported Independent Living sites.

Donna (Client Engagement Consultant)

Donna joined DLi recently after having previously worked in Plan Management and Compliance. Donna works across multiple services, including STA, MTA, SDA, SIL, Behaviour Support, Home and Living,  and Lifestyle and Community Participation programs.

When talking with Donna, you will quickly recognise that she greatly understands people and is passionate about helping. You can expect honesty and the knowledge that she will do everything possible to provide a tailored service for our clients. She will take the time to get to know you and, when faced with a problem, will provide ongoing support while working with the team at DLi, considering their opinions to provide you with greater choice and control.

Chloe (Reception & Administrator)

Chloe joined DLi in November 2021. When you call or visit us, Chloe is the friendly face and voice that meets and greets you.

With lived experience supporting a family member with a disability, and as a former Support Worker, Chloe has a comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector. In addition, her call-centre background ensures each interaction is professional, polite and welcoming. Whether you are enquiring about a new service or want to ask a question about existing supports, Chloe’s friendly demeanour and willing-to-help attitude will help guide you through our initial enquiry process.

Bart (Reception)

Monday to Thursday, Bart can be seen at Reception providing Clients, Staff and guests with a welcoming smile, a friendly greeting and great conversation to ensure your DLi experience is fantastic.

Bart has great empathy with people and is a real people person, always sharing a willingness to go the extra mile when it comes to connecting you with the right person or service.
