Over 18 months ago, DLi underwent a significant digital transformation project that saw the implementation of Lumary, a specialised health and disability-focused CRM system that has changed how we do business—instantly capturing important information and allowing us to enrich our client services.
The fantastic partnership between Lumary and DLi was instrumental to the successful rollout, amplified even more so when our friends at Lumary went one step further and extended a very special invitation to a few of our SIL Clients to a day at the Adelaide Oval. The lucky cricket fans were invited as special guests to a Big Bash League match in Lumary’s corporate box, in the best seats in the house.
The great food and excellent company more than made up for the unfortunate loss the Adelaide Strikers sustained to the Perth Scorchers, who went on to become BBL champions. However, the real highlight was the opportunity our Clients experienced as they got to spend time with their peers and other passionate cricket supporters from across our SIL properties who, due to COVID-19, rarely got the chance to mingle and get to know each other over the past few years.
Mark – “The cricket game went pretty well. Seeing different people from Broadview, Marion and Head Office that I didn’t know was good.”
Chris said he was “very happy to be there” and “met people who were nice to him.”
David was sad that the Strikers lost but “loved the food and service,” especially his “ice-cold beer.”
