Lisa has been working in the disability sector for 25 years. She joined DLi in 2013 as a Team Leader, working directly with our Clients before transitioning to the Client Engagement team in 2019.

Chloe joined DLi in November 2021. When you call or visit us, Chloe is the first friendly face and voice that meets and greets you.
Reception
Monday to Thursday, Bart can be seen at Reception providing Clients, Staff and guests with a welcoming smile, a friendly greeting and great conversation to ensure your DLi experience is fantastic.

Elizabeth joined DLi as the Manager of Client Engagement at the start of 2023. She brings a wealth of experience in client engagement roles, having made the transition from Client Engagement Team Leader at a large disability provider.
When you talk with Elizabeth, you can expect transparent, engaging and compassionate communication from a professional who is invested in ensuring clients and their support networks are happy, and can positively engage with their services. Elizabeth is passionate about ensuring the services we deliver are of the highest quality and that our clients are supported and engaged with by DLi in a professional and timely manner.
Senior Client Engagement Consultant
Jade recently joined DLi after working for a larger provider as a Senior Client Engagement Coordinator, where she specialised in STA/CP and SIL.
Having been in the disability sector since 2021, her diverse background includes Event Management, where she has built strong foundations for providing exceptional client and customer experiences. Jade is always approachable, compassionate, transparent and caring and has a holistic client-centric approach to every interaction.
With a passion for engaging with people, especially clients and families, she will endeavour to ensure client and their families receive supports that are best suited to their wants and needs.
Senior Client Engagement Consultant
Tori recently joined DLi after working for a range of different-sized disability providers, where she worked as a Senior Service Coordinator, Client Relations Officer & SIL Services Coordinator, providing quality experiences across her SIL client management and LCP services portfolio.
With over 20 years of lived experience, Tori is passionate about the disability sector and focuses on client-centred solutions. She joined the disability sector to share her knowledge and expertise. When speaking to Tori, she will always assist families and clients to ensure they receive the best support and services possible while listening to their wants and needs, every step of the way.
Client Engagement Consultant
Lisa has been working in the disability sector for 25 years. She joined DLi in 2013 as a Team Leader, working directly with our Clients and leading a team of Community Support Workers for six years before transitioning to the Client Engagement team in 2019. After recently returning from parental leave, Lisa has rejoined the Client Engagement team part-time to support Clients, families and their support networks.
Lisa has an upbeat, bubbly personality with a strong client focus. Lisa is passionate about providing a positive and professional experience in her interactions with DLi.
Client Engagement Assistant
Chloe joined DLi in November 2021. When you call or visit us, Chloe is the friendly face and voice that meets and greets you.
With lived experience supporting a family member with a disability, and as a former Support Worker, Chloe has a comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector. In addition, her call-centre background ensures each interaction is professional, polite and welcoming. Whether you are enquiring about a new service or want to ask a question about existing supports, Chloe’s friendly demeanour and willing-to-help attitude will help guide you through our initial enquiry process.
