  • Mark Clayton

    Chairperson

    Mark Clayton is an accountant and corporate services specialist who has run professional service and business consultancy practices for many years and has also worked in the disability support area.

  • Tim Ridgway

    Deputy Chairperson

    Tim Ridgway is an accomplished and well-regarded strategic and commercially astute Organisational Psychologist with over 30 years of global consulting experience spanning Australia, the U.S.A., South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.  

  • Rob Dowling

    Board Member

    As a passionate advocate of diversity, Rob is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Michelle McKay

    Board Member

    Michelle began her health career in emergency nursing before holding a range of executive roles in health and aged care in public, faith-based and not-for-profit sectors domestically and internationally over the past 20 years.

  • Jane Monk

    Board Member

    Jane is a skilled executive with extensive experience across the private and not for profit sector. She has 20 years’ experience as an executive across a range of sectors

  • Paul Stevenson

    Board Member

    Paul Stevenson is an experienced senior executive in the private and non-for-profit sectors. He has a Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Master of Business Administration, and is a retired Fellow of the CPA Society and former member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Samantha Hellams

    Chief Executive Officer

    With a legal and business background across the not-for-profit, private, and public sectors, Sam was appointed CEO in August 2021 following a career that has spanned the disability and community services sectors as well as law, agribusiness, and high-risk industries.

  • Ben Wilson

    Ben Wilson

    General Manager, People and Culture

    With over 25 years of human resource experience in senior management roles, including the disability sector, local government, and commercial operations.

  • Jennifer Doonan

    Jennifer Doonan

    General Manager, Corporate Services

    Jen joined DLI in 2017 and is the General Manager, Corporate Services. She currently oversees DLI’s finance, property and information technology teams.

  • Kate Johnson

    General Manager, Client Services

    Kate joined DLi in 2022 as General Manager, Client Services after transitioning from Operations Manager at a large disability accommodation provider. 

  • Andrew Illman

    General Manager, Property and Strategy

    Andrew Joined DLi in 2022 and oversees DLi's property portfolio while assisting with strategic planning.

  • Kristian Bennett

    General Manager, Client Services

    Kristian joined DLi in 2023 as General Manager, Client Services following 4 years as Head of Health and Wellness Services in Aged Care.
