Restrictive practice is guided by the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework. We have a zero-tolerance policy to restrictive practice. If a new client already has a restrictive practice in place, we will work alongside the client, their advocates and other professionals to identify the least restrictive strategies.
It is ok to speak up about things that make you worried, unhappy, nervous or scared. We will always take your concerns seriously. We will try to resolve the issue and will work with you to find the best solution possible. We will not disclose confidential or sensitive information to people or organisations unless given written or verbal consent. You have the right to end a service at any time. Exiting a service is as easy as sending us notification via email, phone or writing. All notice periods are outlined in our Service Agreement and are dependent on the services you have chosen.
