Whether for a few hours a day or round-the-clock support, we offer tailored in-home services to support your independence.

How can we support you?

We provide a range of in-home services for people living in their own homes so they can continue to live independently, such as:

  • Meal time management
  • Personal care tasks
  • Support with getting dressed for the day
  • Medication management
  • General supervision
  • Transportation to and from school
  • Behavioural support

We will work with you and your support networks to develop tailored support that works for you the way you want.

We provide flexibility to work around your busy schedule, and our friendly and professional staff are on hand to support you to continue to live independently at home and improve your quality of life.

Frequently asked questions

We understand that letting someone into your home is a big decision, so we've prepared a few answers to commonly asked questions below

Our trained Community Support Workers can support adults, young adults and children aged seven (7 ) years or older with in-home support services.

Our Client Engagement team will work with you to ensure all the I’s are dotted, and T’s are crossed before interest-matching you with one of our experienced Community Support Workers who are trained in high-level health needs, medication management, personal care, emotional support, skill development, and behavioural support. Throughout your service, the team will work closely with you and your support networks to discuss your goals and develop support strategies to fit naturally into your day-to-day life.

All in-home support services are at a 1:1 ratio. This means that one (1) member of our staff members will be rostered on to support your individual needs and requirements during your scheduled booking

Yes, starting from as little as two (2) hours support or more, you can choose to receive once-off or regular ongoing bookings. At DLi we also appreciate the need for multiple support within a day, so also accept multiple sessions of two (2) hours or more during a 24-hour period accepted

We offer in-home support seven (7) days a week, with our standard operating hours being from 6:00 am until 11:00 pm. However, should you need support outside of those hours, we will work with you to explore your requirements as required.

If you are looking for in-home support you will need Assistance with daily living (Core or capacity building) in your NDIS plan. In addition, should travel be part of your requirements, transport funding may be required
