Volunteering with us

Our dedicated volunteers not only supplement our core programs but also get involved with:

Supporting clients in tailor-made programs, such as art, craft, cooking, card making, games, and music.
Connecting with clients who share a common interest, such as attending sporting or cultural events, going to the movies, or going out for a meal.
Working with clients to improve the natural and built environment in which people live through gardening and maintenance projects.
And being involved in community and organisational-based events.

Student Placements with us

DLi offers student placements to those currently completing a Cert III in Individual Support. We love helping to train the future disability sector workforce, and we often find that our skilled and motivated students go on to work with us. Student placements may include hands on work at DLi’s residential or short-term (respite) accommodation sites. Please get in touch with your Registered Training Organisation (RTO) direct if you are interested in a student placement with us.
