At DLi, we have a talented group of qualified Developmental Educators who provide various Behaviour Support services for individuals with Capacity Building funding through the NDIS.

Senior Developmental Educator
Megan is a Senior DE who started her career as a Student Support Officer and mentoring people with disabilities. Megan’s passion is supporting people with disabilities to develop their social and emotional skills and specialises in working with young adults, people with Schizophrenia, people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and working with young people to transition out of care.
Megan is registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission and a qualified Developmental Educator with Developmental Educators Australia Inc (DEAI).
Outside of work Megan’s time is filled with a variety of interests such as going to the beach and physical endeavours, spending time with her dogs, and exploring creative pursuits such as music, particularly the piano. She also volunteers with the local church as a children’s and youth leader, music team leader, and supporting with significant event’s.
Developmental Educator
Stefania gained an excellent foundation in understanding the needs of clients and navigating the NDIS as a Specialist Support Coordinator before supporting participants in a therapeutic capacity. Stefania focuses on improving people’s quality of life through skills development and behaviour supports and draws upon her creativity to approach therapeutic supports in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her specialities include working with adults, people with dementia, and people living in aged care.
Stefania is registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission and a qualified Developmental Educator with Developmental Educators Australia Inc (DEAI).
Stefania has a keen interest in creative arts and crafts which are a bonus when it comes to working. She also loves spending social time with family and friends, cooking, and helping out on her family’s hobby farm, beekeeping and kayaking.
Developmental Educator
Chris began his career navigating the NDIS and building an understanding of clients’ needs across Intake, Support Work, Mentoring and Program Facilitation. Chris enjoys engaging in person-centred practices focusing on solutions that provide positive outcomes. Chris’ specialities include working with children, youth, and older males.
Chris is registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission and a qualified Developmental Educator with Developmental Educators Australia Inc (DEAI).
Chris’ time outside of work is filled with socialising with family and friends, being active on the basketball court, playing a variety of video games and learning about technology. He also has a keen interest in building Lego, listening to music, and watching movies.

Zac began his career as a School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) Case Manager before completing his degree in Disability and Developmental Education. Zac is passionate about working alongside people to improve the overall quality of life and increase people’s accessibility across all areas to achieve their goals. His specialities include working with young people, people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and people with Acquired Brain Injuries.
Zac is registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission and a qualified Developmental Educator with Developmental Educators Australia Inc (DEAI).
In his spare time you’ll find Zac shooting hoops on the basketball court, watching premier league football (soccer), listening to country music, enjoying all things sci-fi and driving his prized Toyota 86 sports car.
