Restrictive practices is guided by the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework. We have a zero-tolerance policy to restrictive practice. If a new client already has a restrictive practice in place, we will work alongside the client, their advocates and other professionals to identify the least restrictive strategies.
It is ok to speak up about things that make you worried, unhappy, nervous or scared. We will always take your concerns seriously. We will try to resolve the issue and work with you to find the best solution possible. We will not disclose confidential or sensitive information to people or organisations unless given written or verbal consent or as otherwise required by law. All clients receive a copy of our privacy brochure, but if you would like to receive a copy before beginning your service, please do not hesitate to contact our Client Engagement team or 08 8132 5400.

You have the right to end a service at any time. Exiting a service is as easy as sending us notifications via email, phone or writing. All notice periods are outlined in our Service Agreement and depend on your chosen services. Our Service Access Team will happily talk to you about how you can do this and help you through the process if you need any assistance via the Client Engagement team or phone 8132 5400.
